Copenhagen is in for a treat because a new personal trainer has arrived – me!
After several years of studying and working simultaneously, I have managed to get certified at an academy that prepares personal trainers and register with the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) under registration number 123091.
EREPS is a European register for exercise and physical activity professionals. It is managed by EuropeActive, a leading organisation in the fitness sector in Europe. EREPS offers a certification that ensures fitness professionals meet European standards of quality and competencies.
The academy where I earned my certification also trains the best natural bodybuilding coaches, and its accreditations include certification as a natural bodybuilding coach from the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF).
As a personal training student, I completed 750 hours of classes covering a wide range of subjects, including anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, traumatology, and training programming, among others.
Additionally, I have conducted hands-on practice with clients and advised many others who have benefited from my guidance.
All of this has equipped me with enough knowledge to achieve physical transformations in my clients and positively impact my circle. As I always say, beyond the profession, it’s about seeing you happy because you feel healthier, stronger, and more attractive.
Next, I will explain how I work.
First, we will have a conversation to get to know you better. What are your values as a person, your goals, your virtues, and habits. You will also get to know me a bit better and decide if you want to place your trust in me. It is very important that both trainer and client or athlete have mutual trust, as this will help you achieve your goals. Furthermore, with all my clients, I maintain a professional yet close relationship. They must feel comfortable telling me how things are going, whether good or bad, about any physical pain they are experiencing, and move freely without being judged. Keep in mind that I am going to make you sweat and push you to limits you haven’t known, and during the training time, you won’t look pretty or sexy and might end up smelling bad. But none of that matters; it’s my job to make you sweat so that eventually you achieve your best self.
Afterward, I will send you a link to a form where I will ask you some questions. This information is very relevant when planning your physical transformation. I need to know if you have any injuries that might affect the execution of the exercises I suggest, as well as other data that affects the normal course of activity in the gym.
Then, we will have an initial session where I will evaluate your physical capabilities, including mobility. I will take measurements of your physique and calculate your body fat percentage by measuring critical skin folds. All this will be done in a safe environment.
Subsequently, I will develop a strategic plan to meet your goals, and we will have a meeting to discuss the plan and confirm that you want to follow this strategy.
Finally, on the first day of the session, you will receive your first detailed training programme to meet the initial objectives of the strategic plan. If applicable, you will also receive a diet suggestion to help meet the goals, as well as other relevant instructions to achieve your physical transformation.
Month by month, programme by programme, we will review the strategic plan together, see your progress, and adjust if necessary. Additionally, at key moments, we will retake measurements of your critical skin folds, as you will see that all your development will be data-driven, not just following whims.
